Every thing works the same way — a flat like an account or a document. Learn it once and it applies everywhere.
- •The ⋯ button sits on every thing and shows what you can do with it: open, edit, copy link — and, depending on the thing, end, archive or delete. Always the same order, always in the same place.
- •Copy link points at exactly this thing — the recipient sees the same flat, the same document, the same report. In reporting the year and quarter travel with the link; the fee rate deliberately does not.
- •The bell 🔔 at the top right collects what needs attention, ordered by urgency. It only appears when there really is something; no bell means nothing open.
- •Undo instead of asking: anything recoverable is deleted without a prompt — a strip with “Undo” follows. Only the truly final asks first.
- •The menu folds up. The group you are working in stays open, and whatever you open yourself stays open too. The direct route is search and favourites.
- •Mandate first, then property. The context bar (left in the menu, at the top on large screens) chooses in two stages: first the mandate, then one of its properties. Without a chosen mandate the second stage is locked; with only one mandate it applies silently. If you open a property directly, its mandate follows.
